Music is the ultimate form of expression and emotion. People write and perform music to heal, to comfort, to entertain, and to get through tough times. As most of you are aware, I have a number of CR4TS songs that I have written and released to spread the spirit of Camp. (Full length CR4TS EP coming soon!!) But it turns out I'm not the only high-profile hip-hop legend making tracks for a great cause.
For anyone familiar with the hip-hop scene, you may know a Brooklyn rapper named Talib Kweli. Kweli has released a number of albums both solo, and with Mos Def. Recently, Kweli has released a track titled "Beautiful" with Big K.R.I.T, Outasight & Mela Machinko. The special thing about "Beautiful" is that 100% of the sales of the single go directly towards American Cancer Society to support the fight against cancer.
